While the physical symptoms of a blushing attack can be very uncomfortable and even traumatizing in a social interaction, most of what we have seen on our chat room web site is people who's blushing stems from basic shyness.

Probably?! No! Definitely.

The most common sense of short-comings that most of our chatroom complain of is an overwhelming fear of blushing, excessive sweating just at that moment when they have to meet someone they really seem to care about and want to get to know.

Worse. What we have too often seen and read in the chat rooms is the extent to which some people have gone and are willing to go even as far as invasive surgery with all its complications to solve something that is natural.

It is natural for most of us to approach with some trepidation someone we are genuinely interested in.

When something is natural, there is a natural cure for most of it. Blushing, excessive sweating, and even social anxiety are quite normal and natural, and do respond to normal and natural therapy.

It is not rocket science. It is not the end of the world. And, it is common and totally treatable... as long as you are addressing the underlying cause.
But, surgery for shyness ??!!

The idea of surgically altering sweat glands may make sense in some exceptionally rare instances where, for the most part, the cause is not fear or concern about social interaction but something physical. That may make sense.

But, I am still not convinced.

When we deal with blushing, facial redness, or a social phobia, we are dealing less with a physical cause and more of a psychological one.

Oddly enough, after many of these people who have undergone surgery to cure the problem may not sweat as much but still suffer other symptoms of shyness. So, they really haven't gained much from the knife.

The key is to cure the root cause which, as we see in the chatroom, is shyness.
Where shyness or similar social anxiety is the root cause, you are dealing with what's going on inside the psyche. Even when you are dealing with a physical manifestation, determine, first, the root cause. And, treat the root cause.

Now, in treating the psychological root cause, there are several options not the least of which is a very powerful hypnotic cure for the vast majority of cases of blushing.

This makes sense since the problem is inside your own head... and so is the answer. And, it is the best place to start considering it is less expensive and doesn't result in altering your body.
I hope that helps
